Plan and execute new product launch & commercialization strategies of multiphase flow measurement solutions for oil production optimization. Align customer requirements with product development and R&D activities. GE Safire multiphase flow product won prestigious 2014 R&D 100 award together with Chevron and Los Alamos National Laboratory as co-development partners. Achieved largest single order for flow products in GE history in consecutive years.

Created and negotiated broad ranging R&D Alliance agreement between GE and Chevron ETC and US National Laboratories. Discover, review and approve high impact evolutionary candidate projects for DRB (Decision Review Board). Coordinate and facilitate approved project collaborations with GE Global Research Centers, Product Line Management, US Federal Research Centers and Chevron ETC. Oversight responsibility for timely completion of technology development progression to commercialization.

Responsible for the overall Multiphase Flow team's vision, strategy, deliverables and metrics including: NPI (New Product Introduction) execution, Orders/Sales, Price, CM, and product line vitality/share.Created PRD (Product Requirements Document) for both subsea and topside multiphase flow meters for development based on extensive VOC's (Voice of the Customer) and focused on overcoming existing industry wide technology gaps. Created co-development agreement with Chevron ETC for multiphase flow measurement product portfolio and kicked off the Safire program.

Maintained global responsibility for Custody Transfer/Midstream product line.- Spearheaded new accelerated product development practice with unique streamlined industrial design concept for ultrasonic flow line. First prototype meter completed in 4 months! Resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing form with more robust features and better performance while reducing cost by 50%! - Defined strategic direction and drove results for Custody Transfer product line working closely with Product Specialists, AE's, Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, and Business leaders

Provided Consulting services for Flow Measurement & Energy Efficiency focused on the Oil & Gas (single phase & multiphase flow), Power, Biomedical and HVAC industries. Audited Custody Transfer flow measurement practices and implementation to assure compliance with Industry and local country regulations. Assisted in settling flow measurement disputes for excise tax and revenue transfer issues.

Various leadership positions with increasing responsibilities including sales, marketing and product development roles for the Pioneer and leader of Wide Beam (Lamb-wave) Ultrasonic Flow Measurement & Leak Detection Technology. Implemented global business penetration and expansion in the following industries: Oil & Gas, Power (Nuclear, Fossil & Hydro), HVAC, Chemical and Process, Military & Aerospace, Food and Pharmaceuticals, Water & Waste. Started as sales and service engineer conducting flow surveys for customers and progressed to product development/management and sales roles. Participated in many flow R&D projects and JIP's at NIST, Alden, NOVA, TCC, Gasunie, FCRI, Pigsar, Trapil, SPSE, CEESI, SWRI, NEL, including a multiphase flow co-development project with Mobil. Active member of flow measurement standards committees at API, AGA, ISO, ASME, EPRI, AWWA, ASHRAE, ISA.
