Managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding process payroll and firing employees) .

Performing quality checks on KYC profiles for sign off in accordance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy .Doing the accreditation for the new joiners and checking their cases. Delivering sessions for the new comers to explain the process and enter with them in a coaching meetings to deliver the necessary support.

Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation and making an analytical risk assessment for new client . Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures. Investigating high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client file . Having a thorough understanding of client’s business and related parties in order to monitor client’s activities for unusual transactions. Reviewing client’s transactions to detect and report either proposed or completed unusual transactions. Performing further investigation on identified suspicious client and client’s transactions.
