In my last position of training manager, I achieved a number of agreed targets and goals aimed at supporting our 150 plus colleagues across three separate sites. Initially I completed three months on the sales floor, selling vehicles and completing my ITC and SAF exams, in order to be able to understand and present our finance and warranty products. I then developed and project managed the production of four tailored Health & Safety workbooks, these were designed to ensure we met HSE guidelines. I completed around 65 Inductions of new staff and generated a number of different business critical risk assessments. I worked on improving our entire induction process further, whilst delivering a range of new product knowledge training courses that highlight the need to comply with FCA guidelines. These I developed personally to present to our entire sales and workshop teams including a test to measure the knowledge gained.
