I intermittently worked as a physical therapy aide for LOR in my hometown over the course of five years. I worked one on one with a licensed Physical Therapist to administer exercise programs and modalities to physical therapy patients. Requirements also included maintaining a safe and clean environment, documentation, and providing a positive customer experience.

I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at the Aervoista clinic over the course of three years. The position started as part-time during my undergraduate studies and progressed to full-time after graduation in 2020. I worked licensed Physical Therapists to administer exercise programs and modalities to physical therapy patients. Requirements also included maintaining a safe and clean environment, documentation, providing a positive customer experience, and assisting with the front office. Front office duties included answering phones, making referral calls, scheduling patients, and catering to patient needs. Over the final six months of employment here, I worked as the Lead Physical Therapy Aide. My duties included training and mentoring new staff and managing the aide schedule.

In order to gain experience in another physical therapy setting. I shadowed physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists at Sierra Vista Hospital. I helped to interact with patients, assisted the therapists with obtaining supplies and cleaning, and performed office duties.
