Innovative Surfaces Group (ISG) is a leading provider of countertop products to the kitchen and bath and architectural design industries.

Worked with AIP partners to drive operational improvement focused on customers needs and internal inefficiencies. Provided thought leadership and executed on operating agenda within portfolio company by supporting new product development, leading creative and technical decision processes, and improving supply chain planning process.

Responsible for shore facility analysis, planning, design, and construction management; including engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, environmental and historical permitting, and management of architecture and engineering design and inspection.

Responsible for operations of 4 Patrol Boats, 3 Small Boat Stations, and over 100 personnel in execution of Homeland Security, Search and Rescue, Maritime Law Enforcement and Marine Safety Missions throughout the Hawaiian Island Chain.
