I worked onsite for Datacom's customers perfoming various tasks form basic It troubleshooting to account modification and email access to assisting networks installing switches into server racks. My most memorable moment was when i was put onsite for a new customer with zero documentation and asked to run with it. so i created various processes for future staff to follow as well as designed an induction document that was implemented for several other customers that Datacom looks after.

I was tasked with looking after one of the customers that datacom was managing, i was to look and manage ticket queues as well as monitor ticket trends, manage other staff within my team, developing and managing performance metrics as well as point of contact between the service delivery manager and the customer. My most memorable moment whilst working as the customer lead was developing a knowledge base and rapport with the customer to the point where they would ask me what equipment would work best for the company.

My position as a service desk agent i would take calls from datacom's customers and log tickets for various issues. I was able to advance form the service desk to onsite support in a year. My most memorable moment while being on the service desk was being able to resolve roughly 90% of tickets that i was given versus sending them to other teams.

I was given the role of Assistant in nursing and was in that position for over 8 years, my two most memorable achievement was that i redeveloped the stock ordering and checking of stock within my ward as well as re organise where stock was kept. the other was that was was able to help other children who survived a traumatic burns injury.
