Responsibilities At nobles my duties include .Opening and closing shop .Handling large sums of money .Maintaining a good level of customer services .Providing customers with refreshments .Making sure the shop is clean at all times .Fixing machines when they break down .Handling customer complaints in a good manner Accomplishments In my time at nobles I believe I have gained a great level of customer care skills. As a full time care assistant volunteer at csv I cared for a gentleman with tubular sclerosis alongside a fully qualified care assistant. My duties included .Picking up the client from his home and taking him to the day centre .Spending the day with the client helping him take part In various activities in the centre .Feeding the client at lunch time .Personal care duties .Taking the client and other clients out on day trips. The gentleman that I cared for has a very rare condition called tubular sclerosis this causes the suffer to be very prone to taking Epileptic fits. My client suffered almost daily with taking epileptic fits so I have a lot of experience with handling someone with epilepsy. Accomplishments My time at csv gave me invaluable people skills and the ability to go the extra mile to help others
