My core area of focus was designing and developing Mirantis's cloud-native technology training curriculum. I was responsible for developing technical courses for both developers and DevOps engineers who require the skills to either build cloud-native applications or support the platforms that run them. My course development covered a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and online, self-paced learning. I developed all instructional and technical deliverables for my courses.As I was in a revenue-generating training group, I used agile methods and automation for as much of my work that I could.

The duties and responsibilities of my position encompass three areas, infrastructure management, IT consultations, and IT special projects. Infrastructure management includes the administration of the department's servers and networks. IT consultations pertains to the various trainings and one-on-one consulting regarding using technology within educational and business contexts. My work in IT special projects revolves around working with stake holders and clients to define particular needs, scoping out a project to address those needs, and providing deliverables of projects.
