Working as a devolper on multiple projects. Worked on the eDelivery project which is developing Policy Delivery Receipt to be used on the WEB using DocSci's DocUsign functionallity to allow the end user to sign the Delivery Receipt online. Also working on the WorkSite UL policy print. This is new project which will print a policy package with state variations. The package will consist of a Certificate of Mailing, Cost Disclosure pages, Privacy Notices, Explicit Forms, Buyers Guide, Spec pages, Amendments, Endorsements and RIders.

MassMutual Executive Benefits Systems are converting its corporate feed from FDP to Accenture. With this conversion they are also converting their print from Compuset to xPression for the Billing, Confirm Letters, Annual Statements and Policy Schedule pages. My responsibilities include conducting the analysis, design, construction, testing and implementing of these correspondence using the xPression xDesign development tools. Additional responsibilities included:Worked with MassMutual business in defining the requirements of the correspondence letters.Responsible for coordinating with business area an process needed to merge Microsoft excel commands with variable data to produce a working excel spreadsheet. Coordinated with the xPression Admins the output recipient process. This is processed through a company standard EMTEX print distribution. Defined XML/XSD Schema structures in compliance with company standards. The Schema will be used in the definition of the category and is the input to the xPression process.Developed Confirm Letters, Annual Statements, Billing Statements and Policy schedule pages using the xPression xDesign.Resolve and document all issues related to the project. Develop and maintain project plan.Coordinate resources and establish milestone dates needed to complete the project in a timely manner.During systems testing tracked print defects using Quality Center.Researched print defects to define the defect origin, data passed from application, data formatted in extract program, XML creation or print formatter. Delegate the defect to the appropriate personal.

On assignment at Verizon Wireless in Warren New Jersey. The assignment involved maintaining the customer billing system using Dialogue. There were updates to the Spanish translation portion of the billing system that needed updating and revising.

enherentMassMutual Life systems contain multiple products. Each product has a unique admin system. This project is the result of MassMutual developing one admin system to meet all product needs. My responsibility as project manager was to develop the print products for this project. Responsibilities include conducting the analysis, design, construction, testing and implementing of Annual Statements, Policies and Correspondence Letters using the xPression xDesign development tools. Additional responsibilities included:Worked with MassMutual business in defining the new standard for their Annual Statements and Correspondence Letters.Responsible for coordinating multiple business units to develop the requirements for the new Annual Statements and Correspondence Letters. Coordinated the business and technical resources that were responsible for designing the data format for the statements and letters.Formatted Annual Statements and Correspondence Letters to conform to the new standard. The letters and statements had to comply with legal and compliance standards. Our responsibility was to conduct the analysis, design, construction and testing of the xPression produced letters. Accomplishments and Participation at Various Clients Include:Worked at DST Output as a technical advisor on a proposal to Horace Mann which is an insurance company specializing in the coverage of the teaching profession. The proposal contained technical and business specs which I contributed on the technical portion. The xPression tool was used to develop the Horace Mann project. Responsibilities include the development of the Policy documents, Dec Pages, Endorsement documents in Microsoft Word and creating Font definitions were ever needed. Created contents and rules to format the documents/pages and packages. All documents were categorized for improved maintenance. Setup attributes, to define how the data is mapped to produce personalized documents. My roles expanded to project leader and technical support on the project.Responsible for developing print programs using DJDE commands for XEROX printers. Coded and maintained VDR programs for Documerg print product. Developed and coded extract programs from a DB2 database.Extracted data was used as input to the VDR process.
