* Managed and oversaw the challenging transfer plan of all board materials from Canada to Mexico, and then again to another city in Mexico. All within 3 years.*Accountable and responsible for OTIF delivery of all ongoing DIRECT wrapping materials through the effective management of key print suppliers.*Negotiate, oversee, manage and present all contracts to Senior Management for approval.*Ensure all new Marketing Projects (packaging launches) are on time, delivered in full with uncompromising quality, at the right prices.*Maintain and enhance excellent partnerships with Brands, Internal stakeholders, suppliers, and printers*Manage and oversee all business decisions with suppliers
