As I have to work with computers regularly I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook365, Microsoft Excel and our data logging system Oyster.As I have recently completed my ETIP (Essential Training for Information Providers) course, I am now qualified to assist and provide information to clients when it is appropriate.
