Peter's Motorcycle Racing Career started in Dirt Track in Australia and then USA progressing to Professional Road Racing by the age of 24 through to 2002 when he retired from Racing.Peter won multiple Australian Dirt and Road Championships, one All Japan GP500 Championship and one World Endurance Superbike Championship during his career, more details are available on his website www.petergoddard.com

Peter revived the Ansett Air Freight Suzuki Superbike Team at the end of 1994 when Suzuki Australia withdraw their support from road racing, and the team which he rode for.Securing enough support and sponsorship to continue with a small but competent team Peter became Owner / Manager / Machine Builder and Rider which was an enormous task which he proved worthy of as the team grew into what is now Australia's most successful Superbike Team with the help and support of Phil & Lynne Tainton of PTR Racing in Melbourne from 1995, whom Peter handed to the team over to at the end of 1998 when his commitments focused on racing in the World Superbike Championship.
