Developed and delivered complex mailing for >2 million customers deemed to have been potentially impacted by PPI mis-selling, including:• Process development/design – integral to the creation of end-to-end process to deliver letter mailing and subsequent response handling, reminder suppressions and MI• Exceptions management – including leading and supporting analysis for data issues to deliver solutions for data exceptions • QC – developed process to ensure correct letters sent to correct customers, including multiple brands and variable text for customer circumstances• Mailing management – managed scheduling process to deliver mailing and testing process to ensure customer-centric improvements• Stakeholder Management – obtaining policy decisions, ensuring Risk buy-in to approaches to issues encountered, reporting and escalating to board level committees• Project was subject to over 15 audits (one audit per cohort) with a ‘green’ status. One audit returned ‘Amber’.

Developed training and comms for data migration to new platform. Produced customer mailings from small (tens of letters) to large scale (18 million letters) including mandatory Notice of Variation mailings.Comms/schedule of events for migration weekend.
