I joined the motor industry at 16 as an apprentice technician, progressed through management and then ran my own garages for 15 years. Over those years, I gained a vast knowledge and understanding of the industry; in particular, the problems associated with managing vehicle fleets.I am the Founder and Managing Director of FleetCheck which launched in 2006 primarily to support the small to medium sized fleet operators. This sector had always been overlooked within the industry and I really wanted to bring an intuitive and easy to use software system to support their needs. However, that said, early on we were soon supporting the larger fleets with the help of our Partner programme.My key objective is to provide much needed support to companies operating fleets of any size, working closely with FORS as their FMS supplier, along with Logistics UK and all the key Telematic operators in the UK.
