This solution addresses the limitations of traditional AI code generation tools, which often struggle with dynamic database schemas and intricate business logic.The tool leverages Oracle’s metadata catalog to provide large language models with a comprehensive, context-aware understanding of database structures, relationships, and dependencies. Founded a software development company specializing tools to support Oracle database migrations to GCP. Accepted as a Google Cloud Platform Build Partner in February 2020. Released our first product on Google Cloud Marketplace in September 2020.Designed and developed a full stack application using Node, Express, Angular 8, Python, Docker and Kubernetes. Visulate for Oracle is a database analysis tool that data engineers use to understand the structure and dependencies in Oracle databases that they plan to migrate to the Cloud.Developed a single page application for Ora2Pg using Docker, Node Express and Vue 3. Ora2Pg is an open source Perl script used to migrate an Oracle database to a PostgreSQL compatible schema. The application addresses usability issues in Ora2Pg. It received more than 3,000 docker pull (installation) requests in its first 3 months.Converted a legacy PHP application running on dedicated hardware to Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. Migrated an 11.2.0.4 Oracle database to an Autonomous Transaction Processing instance running in Oracle CloudDesigned and implemented a Terraform module to provision FedRAMP compliant Assured Workloads in GCP for Accenture Federal Services.

Designed and developed a multi-tenant SaaS application to support rental property management using PHP and Oracle. Managed an offshore development team.Assembled a database with details of every property and company located in the state of Florida (8 million properties and 1.7 million companies). Built a website on top of the database that served 150,000 unique users per month was able to process 900,000-page requests per day.Developed a web-based application to perform spatial, financial and demographic analysis for Florida real estate. Created an automated valuation model that estimates the net operating income, cash on cash return and internal rate of return for any property in Florida. Integrated with MLS data to help private equity fund managers identify potential single family residential (SFR) investment properties.
