Last year I finished a project to establish a test centre for the project E4FS where they will try out all the equipment that goes in to the new bypass west of town in Stockholm over the coming 10 years or so.In 2019 I was the project manager of implementing the Sigrid software from SIG in Trafikverket.Prior to that over 6 years I have been working in.

Finishing the project with the Swedish Rail administration for building a new software in order for the business to handle oversized cargo. This is the same project I was on 2 years ago, but it had stalled and has now been brought up to speed again. The new software went into use november 1 in planning, and will fully live by mid december including.

Launching into a new enterprise in building a new business within the company based on services around open source products. We targeted web development and used Joomla as tool. The enterprise was very successfull and we managed to make it profitable already after three months.

Hired by Banverket from Nethouse to lead a business development and IT development project to support the business area "special transports" (oversized and overwheight goods on railroad). The project is large and consumes 8-10.000 manhours a year

I managed a worldwide team of airline consultants in the operations area including airline and airport operations as well as maintenace and engineering.

I was responsible for a team of consultants and we represented the best practices of airline operations. My duties included to actively sell our skills to airlines, to select the best team for the work and regularly visit our customers and teams in the field. In addition to pure consulatncy work we also supported our product teams in training the customers.

I was responible for customer satisfaction in EMEA on behalf of Sabre Airlone Solutions.

I was responsible and conducted most implementations including user training of the RM Rocade software across the globe in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe.
