Part of me will always be the Directory Services engineer that enjoyed the detailed task of using PowerShell to modify thousands of records or explore how to deploy role-based access using AD groups. I loved the attention to detail and research these tasks required. These roots have guided me well as I have added security and identity management to my skillset. As the IT Leader I am today, I strive to inspire, motivate and guide all around me to greater achievements for the success of our organization. Being able to do this with a smile on my face and bad jokes on hand in any situation is what led to me being part of the most successful teams within my organization. These same skills will continue my success in all future endeavors.
