I have spent the last ten years working in a customer service environment. My initial experience was in retail dealing with customers on a face to face basis. In my two recent positions I have been involved in ensuring that my company is providing high quality customer service, meeting its customer service level agreements and dealing with customer complaints. I have also been involved in auditing the company’s work to ensure it is has been completed to a high standard. In my most recent position I have been dealing with property management issues for a number of important clients. The position that I currently hold reinforces my commitment to providing excellent customer service. I have also recently completed by NFOPP qualification.During my working career I have carried out some supervisor duties including training of new and existing staff and assisting with the development of new procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Department. I have also been a member of the Events Committee, in which I arranged the annual work christmas party for 300 employees. I currently work as part of a small team dealing with the effective portfolio management for several important Clients with properties in the north of London. The role means I must be extremely efficient and proactive to ensure our Clients are provided with a high quality service, there are minimal delays, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and Clients receive monthly and quarterly updates on their portfolios.
