- CMMS Software used; Maximo and Primavera P6- Support the safe, environmentally responsible, productive and timely execution of an Area of the Turnaround meeting the established KPI’s through the provision of planning activities and development/evolution of Turnaround schedules.- Ongoing project status reporting to client.- Progressively review and develop the schedules to reflect the evolving Turnaround progress.- Identify and deliver improvement opportunities in the TAR planning and scheduling process. These include improvements during the execution phase that help tradespersons and supervisors effectively carry out their job.- Assist new team members in the TAR team with learning the BP systems to the capacity of my knowledge base.- Assist to maintain the planning standards document keeping it up to date and relevant.- Maximise the use of job plans that are already built.- Update job plans (ongoing) to reflect new codes and std formats.- Update photos, parts lists and drawings (ongoing) against locations and work orders.- Ensure all scope changes identify the process system to which that particular scope change applies. - This is to occur post scope freeze until the end of the event.- Plan work orders and maintain the work lists for SRU1, SRU2, Flares, Waste water and Seps units.Support the implementation of the TCP at Kwinana and support the February audit process.- Initiated, managed and developed a personal project, to implement an intrinsically safe hand held device, I.roc x20, that allows paperless updates to Primavera’s tables back end, streamlining the updating progress of tasks during Turnaround events, allowing more time for supervisors to supervise rather than attend update meetings.Assist team members in the development and implementation and training of the hand-held device project I.roc x20 with bar-code scanner.
