A large part of my role involved working with our clients on sales channel enablement projects, helping sales teams come to terms with the ever changing world of communications. The move from transactional selling of single products towards the solution selling of Unified Communications and Cloud services provides many challenges for traditional sales engagements, we helped sales teams embrace solution selling concepts to maximise sales.
