Support of SAP system implementation in HU and merging with AT entity.

Responsible for P&L of Health Care Division in AT & SK, leading 2 sales teams.Support and implementation of European sales and marketing strategy into local markets.Restructuring of sales force organisation, business acquisition supervising, business model set up to grow sales.Development and deployment of solution selling approach called "programmatic selling". In more and more comoditized market, our aproach helped to create more value for our customers while driving profitable growth.

Full responsibility for P&L of Health Care Division in Slovakia.Building and development of Ecolab market leader position in Infection Prevention.Strategic planning management, sales force activities coordination in close cooperation with Functions including Logistic, Finance, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing.Support and implementation of European sales and marketing strategy into Slovak market conditions.Leading the group of 3 direct reports (2 Territory Managers and Marketing and Sales Support) and 20+ dealers.

Responsible for direct and indirect sales of Health Care products and service in Central and Eastern part of Slovakia.Sales of Health Care products portfolio in infection prevention area / Ecolab and Anios brand desinfectants in hand hygiene, instrument and surface care segments including dosing equipment, Microtek cover and drapes solutions for medical devices, Soluscope product range for endoscopy reprocessing, UVD robots/Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services.
