Assisting in all administrative duties and responsibilities

 Prepared and implemented administrative and logistical elements for the smooth running of the projects and programs activities. Leaded 5 teams with more than 20 workers in accomplishing different community development projects such as borehole wells drilling. Contributed to the successful building of 120 boreholes wells that provided clean and safe water to more than 50 communities in Arusha, Singida, Tanga, Morogoro region and Mafia Island.  Developed and maintained positive relationships between Serving Friends International (SFI) and their partner organizations and the local host communities.  Represented Serving Friends International (SFI) in different external organizational meetings and conferences. Organized and facilitated different successful organizational planning meetings. Kept updated with the current local and international affairs. Received and approved project budgets, quotations and contracts. Monitored and evaluated implemented project plans, activities and progresses.  Prepared general annual reports.

 Taught local secondary students Swahili and Civics subjects. Prepared and reviewed subjects and teaching curriculums. Prepared and supervised monthly examinations.  Provided counseling and guidance to the low performing students
