Annoyed Droid Designs Inc. is a company I started which designs Android applications and games along with posting YouTube gaming videos, as I game in my spare time to relax I thought it might be worth posting my footage for others to enjoy.Since starting this company I have learnt a lot of new skills, such as the ability to code and debug applications more effectively and how to manage time more effectively between different ventures as well as working a Full Time job elsewhere.

This role mainly centers around customer support providing technical assistance over the telephone at a level 2 perspective.Other tasks I have undertaken include training new agents, adding documentation to the in-house search library and modifying and creating new applications using code such as Auto Hotkey and VB Script.

This role mainly focused around public facing client support where we had to diagnose users broadband connection problems.Other tasks assigned were e-mail replies and also briefly managing the night shift team during a shortage.

The daily tasks here included cheque, cash and postal order receiving, processing and banking along with account reconciliation.I implemented a spreadsheet and tracking number to increase productivity for return cheques and produce a useful output for management to see exactly why cheques were being returned. Previously all records had been on paper and tracking was a tedious process.
