I am the head of Synergy Business Associates, a New York-based consulting firm with global reach. I have a team of 30+ experienced trainers and executive coaches in the transformational leadership world. I began my personal training in this field more than 35 years ago and I stopped counting after training more than 100,000 people.In 1994 I founded an organization called Africa Breakthrough, LLC which trained thousands of people in the Township communities around Cape Town, right after apartheid ended. The impact was incredible given the challenging circumstances and my organization was acknowledged and endorsed by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. I also received numerous accolades in the South African press. In addition I have authored countless trainings and have lead globally through the years - across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. While leading I have been translated into Spanish, French, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Xhosa, and Afrikaans.My programs give each individual a chance to completely re-envision their power and potential in the workplace through experiential learning.
