A ramp-up department was developed to take over new machines from supplier and make the full production set-up ready for the manufacturing organisation. During a big chaotic organisational change in Coloplast melting 3 divisions together and forming new decisions set-ups I was part of a group of 3 persons having responsibility for securing a new manufacturing platform for a new Ostomy product: SenSura. Task:Coordinate 6 manufacturing sites and more than 100 sub projects. Make steering-group desicions, coordinate with projectmanager all over the organisation, close coordination with RD and Marketing to launch the product platform at agreed timeslots.Result:Made a manufacturing footprint proposal for Ostomy manufactoring worlwideLaunched the ostomy product for closed bags worldwide within 1/2 year. Prepared the launch af 2 pc products and convex products.Sucessfully communicated with more than 30 projectmanagers at 6 different manufacturing sites.

Production supervisor for many different teams at Coloplast Manufacturing facility in Thisted, Denmark.Tasks:Meet the SOP figuresLeadership of app. 50 employees - hiring and firingContinous improvement and Lean projectResult:Had leadership of app. 6 different team - meaning 300 different employee over the years.Besides normal production improvements (app. 4% on year by year basis) I was responsible for a sickleave project to ensure focus of sickness. The sickness rate decreased by 25% after the project.

I worked as RD project manager for 6 years within the district heating industri for LOGSTOR.It is more than 50 years since LOGSTOR developed the technology behind trail-blazing district heating solutions that revolutionised the energy sector – and continues to set new standards to this day. LOGSTOR is the leading manufacturer of preinsulated pipe systems in the world and therefore has requirements on energy-efficient products.Task:Convert from freon-made solution to green solution for blowing agents in the PUR-foam used in the pipes.Design manufacturing production lines for pipes.Run/participate in various RD projects locally, nationally or EU sponsered projects (CRAFT)Result:Converted all manufacuring lines to CO2 and cyclopentane blow PUR-formulation.Developed LOGSTOR's own PEX pipes production lines and facilitiesRan successfully various RD project with e.g. the Danish Energy Ministerium and the EU supported CRAFT program
