Introduction of a new tracking tool and all savings passing financial audit.- Introduction of a Supplier Code of Conduct covering code standards of labour and human rights, health and safety, environmental sustainability, ethical business practices and non-compliance process.- Project management of the replacement all of Spark ERP solutions covering Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Project Management. Management of gathering user requirements and aligning with SAP functionality on their new S4Hana suite of products. Running user workshops to validate functionality and negotiating commercial terms for licensing and implementation.- Determining and negotiating an alternate support model for SAP, ensuring ongoing support levels so as not to jeopardise any part of the business.

- Seek out opportunities to purchase and sell network equipment on the secondary market to meet ongoing network installation and spares demand. - The sale of excess equipment for reuse in other parts of the world, returning much better value rather than scrapping or disposing of the equipment.- The identification and establishment of a recycling process to ensure no equipment was going into landfill and the successful application to the Environment Protection Agency allowing for the export of electronic equipment under the BASEL convention. This maximised our financial return as the equipment was “mined” for precious metals.

Lead the development, management and continuous improvement of Pan Telecom best practices procurement process, systems design and frameworks ensuring alignment with GPO strategies. Build and maintain team capability to manage leading best practice process and systems design. Provide and enable thought leadership for flexible, scalable adaptable frameworks, processes and systems to support GPO now and in the future. Lead and Manage the Logistics function, Contract Administration function and accountability for quality procurement data.

Lead the development, management and continuous improvement of Telecom Category strategies ensuring alignment with Group business strategies. Build and maintain team capability to manage Telecom Categories, whilst maintaining hands on Account management of a Category and assigned BU ensuring that the business units needs short, medium and long term are identified and understood to enable GPO to develop appropriate solutions, initiatives and frameworks.

Managing a team of 20+ people, comprising of lawyers, accountants, supply chain specialists and administrators. Ensuring that the myriad of commercial arrangements with suppliers were managed effectively. This also included the establishment, introduction, running and ultimately the successful sale of a telecommunication equipment wholesale business.
