Managed the new product development group at the Life Fitness Ramsey Minnesota location. The group consisted of program managers, mechanical engineers and prototype technicians

Initially hired in 1998 as a mechanical engineer to design a line of treadmills for the newly created consumer division. Progressed to program manager in 2000, senior program manager in 2005, and then engineering manager in 2008. I managed the engineering group responsible for new product development to support the consumer business. My group consisted of mechanical engineering, program management, prototype shop and engineering data control. The consumer product line was made up of home gyms for strength training and bikes, cross trainers, treadmills and various console options for cardio training.
