Key Role: Providing application support for large portfolio within the bank.As a member of the CommSee and Integration team we are responsible for the day to day operations and management of the following group of applications but not limited to:• CommSee (Bank wide application used in all branches and processing center)• Microsoft Biztalk• HIS – Mainframe• SUE - Permission• Documentum• Fineos – Orion (CommInsurance application)• IFW – integration serversFollowing the ITIL process we were able to make sure that the application and services obtain high availability with minimum unplanned outages. Utilizing custom alerting and monitoring tools I am able to ensure any potential risk are captured and resolved with minimum impact to the business / customers. Tools include the following:• Altiris Deployment tool (no longer in use)• ACDC (internally developed CBA deployment tool)• App Dynamic and Splunk• SCOM • LogIT• Logparser

Level 1 Service Desk AnalystWas the first point of contact for all lending application support within CommSee ranging from simple personal / credit card application to complex lending applications.Key Responsibilities:• Provide application support within the scope of IT Service Desk• Respond to customer contacts via phone and email• Participate in Application Upgrade - Providing BVT for lending applications• Monitor Service Request and Incident queues• Creating and update of knowledge articles.
