My duties throughout my employment have included preparing feasibility design proposals and appraisals in consultation with the client or senior management and the design team, liaising with and co-ordinating external consultants including civil and structural engineers, environmental consultants and landscape architects. I have regularly attended meetings with all parties throughout the inception and development of a project including site meetings with construction representatives and assisting site staff with technical information and backup, and attending meetings with homeowners after they have taken possession of their property to discuss any issues and complaints they may have. Over the course of my career I have had extensive experience of the building regulations and planning system both within my housebuilding and private practice backgrounds. With each company I have worked for my role has evolved to include other tasks including preparation of reports, specifications and presentations among other requirements, all of which have served to widen my experience and knowledge base
