Globally Managing the QMS in North America & Europe. Managing a base system of ISO9001:2015 with certain sites verified to TL 9000:2016. Including alignment with ESD20:20-2021 - Development of ESD Control Programs. Co-ordination of QMS for fours sites in the US including the San Jose HQ, Two Sites in Ottawa, and Five Sites in Europe. The other aspect of my role has been the integration of IATF including all AIAG and VDA requirements to enable validation of components into automotive applications for autonomous vehicles.Automotive QMS covers the associated Qualification for chip into motor vehicle based on AEC-Q-102.

Management of European sites associated with QMS. The other aspect of my role was the integration of Automotive Sector requirements into the Tech/Telecoms based business.That integration includes AEC-Q Requirements in association to:1. PDP/NPI with the addition of VDA Maturity Level Requirements and AIAG APQP. Affecting change to the global PDP Process and the relevant supporting processes required for automotive compliance. 2. Product Part Approval in alignment with PDP/NPI, including AIAG PPAP and VDA 2. Based on the approvals at the gated stages.3. FMEA - DFMEA, and PFMEA to the New AIAG VDA requirements. New process development again back to the Program/NPI and the 5Ts.4. Understanding the Application of Control Plan/PFMEA methodology in a Fab manufacturing environment.5. Understanding and defining change control in line with ZVEI, including alignment to VDA 2/PPAP plus the relationship of change qualification to Delta Qualification and amendment toFMEAS.6. Alignment of automotive qualification for chip-based components concerning ISO 26262 and A-Spice. 7. Integrated audit approach for IATF, TL9000, and VDA 6.3.

Responsibility Reporting the Management System (QMS) to the Head of TMETC. Customers: Lear, Gestamp, Sertec, UEES Coventry, Brose & Kab Seating- Leading a Team of 2 Quality Engineers & 2 Inspectors controlling Manufacturing Quality.- Co-ordinating all APQP activity for the company and the certification of all parts via the PPAP process. - Lead for the company on TS16949 & ISO14001 via the third certification with SGS.- Co-ordinator of 2nd party audits to maintain the necessary quality levels for placing new business.- Managing a cost center for the quality department with a budget of £250K.- Lead in problem solving and management of the companies 8D process.- Companies Blackroom champion for all aspect of continuous improvement and quality

- Co-ordinating all elements of Libraries Performance Management to complete the annual CIPFA return. All return elements are reviewed with members of the Libraries Team and Senior Management of the Directorate. This includes the collation, process, and data is analyzed.- Provide the Library Management Team with all user data and service interaction numbers. Reports are provided for individual Libraries and overall. These reports are run on the Library Management System (Talis) and reported using Business Object Xi.- Development of City Wide and Community Libraries profiles using other data sources like Census, IMDS, and MOSAIC to get a picture of those citizens whom the Library are serving. The tool used was Instant Atlas. This enables the comparison of library members with other data sources. This gives a detailed picture of users in defined areas of the city. - Worked with the Health Development Team to develop an integrated database to measure clients through their four designed health intervention programs. The collaboration was to measure these four programs as to numbers and if individuals had seen any improvement with their physiological characteristics. This enabled clearer performance reporting and control of data. This data has subsequently been used in academic publications. - ICI (Informing Consulting & Involving Advocate) one of 15 trained within the authority to support and enable consultation activity to be done correctly.- Planning and facilitating various forms of diverse public consultation either through service change, for example, Library Opening Hours, or provision of supporting data to inform the development of the City-based strategies/policies. - Maintaining and producing the Cultural & Leisure Divisional Plan, including the supporting service plans; reviewed by Directors, Assistant Directors, and Heads of Service. This determines how the operations of the service are planned and monitored.

LTI Vehicles – Manganese Bronze Holding PLC 2005 – 2007 - Business Systems Engineer – Reporting to the Quality Director.OEM – Design, Development & manufacturing of Purpose Built Taxi Cabs. - Management of the Business Management System (BMS), including the third party accreditations to both: ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.- Defined as the company’s appointed member of management having responsibility for all processes of the business management system.- Maintenance of the relevant: manuals, controlling documents and records, and changing the Quality Policy as necessary.- Training and facilitating the correct use of the BMS, as the point where all company information is accessed via the intranet.- Conducted business planning activity with all Company Directors and managers – setting out Key Activities to be monitored as KBR’s (Key Business Results) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) through the financial year. Used the EFQM Model, which brought together all the BMS elements; this gave a clear, holistic overview of the whole system.- Communicated the BMS's effectiveness to the whole company, board of directors, and the quality council, working at all levels.

Senior Quality Engineer: Honeywell design and manufacture Exhaust Gas Coolers (EGC) for the automotive industry. Reporting to the Quality Manager and deputizing in his absence. The department included five engineers and two inspectors. Role included maintaining the companies TS16949:2002 accreditation (with Lloyds Assurance), dealing with day-to-day quality issues from the customer (VW Group, Kia, & Hyundai) shop floor, and the introduction of new projects. Regularly undertook travel to Germany and Hungary.- I Improved the project planning process and validation to meet the customer's requirements using the Formel Q-Konkent. Development of the APQP and PAPP on the EGR cooler for Audi.- I Analyzed the Quality Management System in line with the requirement of VDA 6.1 System Audit. To improve its customer focus to the requirements of VW.- Developing and implementing a Visuals Catalogue for all parts sent to VW and Audi.- Completed training and project and became Green Belt certified to Honeywell’s requirements. Resulting in reducing rework and secondary testing of the product. - Undertook training with Lloyds Assurance as an internal auditor for TS16949:2002. Including the automotive process-based audit approach.- Trained all management and supervision in the correct use of 8D.
