I have a deep understanding of integrating quality from early design and prototype to manufacturing. All return elements are reviewed with members of the Libraries Team and Senior Management of the Directorate. This includes the collation, process, and data is analyzed.- Provide the Library Management Team with all user data and service interaction numbers. Reports are provided for individual Libraries and overall. These reports are run on the Library Management System (Talis) and reported using Business Object Xi.- Development of City Wide and Community Libraries profiles using other data sources like Census, IMDS, and MOSAIC to get a picture of those citizens whom the Library are serving. The tool used was Instant Atlas. This enables the comparison of library members with other data sources. This gives a detailed picture of users in defined areas of the city. - Worked with the Health Development Team to develop an integrated database to measure clients through their four designed health intervention programs. The collaboration was to measure these four programs as to numbers and if individuals had seen any improvement with their physiological characteristics. This enabled clearer performance reporting and control of data. Reporting to the Quality Manager and deputizing in his absence. The department included five engineers and two inspectors. Role included maintaining the companies TS16949:2002 accreditation (with Lloyds Assurance), dealing with day-to-day quality issues from the customer (VW Group, Kia, & Hyundai) shop floor, and the introduction of new projects. Regularly undertook travel to Germany and Hungary.- I Improved the project planning process and validation to meet the customer's requirements using the Formel Q-Konkent. Development of the APQP and PAPP on the EGR cooler for Audi.- I Analyzed the Quality Management System in line with the requirement of VDA 6.1 System Audit. To improve its customer focus to the requirements of VW.- Developing and implementing a Visuals Catalogue for all parts sent to VW and Audi.- Completed training and project and became Green Belt certified to Honeywell’s requirements. Resulting in reducing rework and secondary testing of the product. - Undertook training with Lloyds Assurance as an internal auditor for TS16949:2002. Including the automotive process-based audit approach.- Trained all management and supervision in the correct use of 8D.
