About Peter Hall
I have a deep understanding of integrating quality from early design and prototype to manufacturing. Fundamentally, it is how the business can report quickly and communicate at all levels on how it is performing. My strength is in the systems' alignment: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TL9000, ISO 14001, ISO27001, ISO 31000 (Risk), ISO 45001, AS9100D & EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management). It is not just how they link but how the system's results feed the: "Values" and the Business Planning for an organization. Through my work, I have aligned Business Planning, Business Systems, and databases to enable effective reporting and planning. This has meant accreditation and a more streamlined system that can report at an operational level and to managers, directors, and customers alike. Finally, the associated QMS is integral to breaking down market barriers in specific sectors.
