This role was pivotal in my career, as it involved both establishing and managing a newly built, cutting-edge emergency and specialist veterinary facility.🐾 Initial Setup and Design: I played a crucial role in the initial setup of the facility, focusing on workflow design and data management systems even before the center opened its doors.🐾 Growth and Evolution: Over the course of two years, I was an integral part of the management team that nurtured and evolved the facility into a bustling, high-functioning emergency center with advanced specialist capabilities.🐾 Leadership and Team Management: Leading by example, I was actively involved in the 24-hour hospital operations, working alongside the emergency and specialist teams. My responsibilities extended to managing the nursing team, encompassing roster organization, performance management, and mentoring.🐾 Operational Management: My role also involved overseeing the acquisition and maintenance of medical equipment, ensuring the facility was equipped with the latest technology for optimum patient care.🐾 Impactful Tenure: After a fulfilling and successful tenure, marked by significant growth and accomplishments, I made the decision to return to Melbourne, carrying forward invaluable experiences and insights from my time at Eastside Veterinary.
