Working with our Managing Partner and Practice Leaders to lead growth strategy and business development activities for Baker Tilly's Public Sector practice, including Public Sector Advisory, Audit, and Municipal Advisory. For a team of ~500, I focus on broader growth strategies and innovation initiatives to meet the needs of our clients. As a full-service, coast-to-coast firm, our team can assist with nearly any challenge a public sector organization might face.

90-day rotation focused on Public Sector's innovation strategy. Also, lead blockchain research and training relevant to the Public Sector team, as well as enhancement of personal knowledge (including MIT OpenCourseWare's "Blockchain and Money").

As a Consultant, Sr. Consultant, and Consulting Manager, worked with leaders of cities, counties, tribes, schools, and other public sector entities in management and risk consulting engagements. Contributed to new business development through presentations at seminars/webinars, the creation of thought leadership materials, and project proposals for prospective clients. Also lead special initiatives such as a Public Sector Blockchain working group, market responses to large pieces of legislation, and other innovation efforts.
