✔Developed a project for a private client using a commercial open-source framework (ABP; https://abp.io, architecture features including Microservice Compatible, Modular Architecture, Domain Driven Design and Multi-Tenancy / SaaS). The chosen template is a C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET / MVC Core, Entity Framework Core, React and Angular solution.✔Commenced development on a personal project based on the Clean Architecture template published on GitHub by Jason Taylor. It is a “ASP.NET Core Web API” solution which I have extended to include a “.NET Maui Blazor Hybrid” SPA.

✔Successfully redeveloped the existing desktop product using a previously adopted commercial framework; (ASP.NET Zero; https://www.aspnetzero.com, based on ABP; https://abp.io). It implemented a typical Microsoft stack, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET / MVC Core, Entity Framework Core, Razor and JavaScript. More complicated client-side requirements I used Vue.js. All reporting was developed using DevExpress Reporting.✔Successfully worked with several RESTful APIs associated with the payroll process (Super Fund Lookup, Fair Work, SuperStream, Equifax and ATO STP submission).✔Successfully developed unit and integration tests using built in infrastructure implementing xUnit.✔Coordinated development through GitHub, Azure DevOps and standard Agile processes. The solution is deployed to several Azure portals which I managed.

✔Enhanced and supported the Locify product. It was Microsoft based solution implemented C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET / Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, Razor, JavaScript, Vue.js, jQuery, Gulp, Ajax, Redis, Xamarin Forms, SignalR, Selenium, Stripe.Net and a multitude of other technologies.✔Successfully developed the Locify Locations feature using Vue.js, SignalR and Google Maps API, that was available in the web client, Android & iOS applications.✔Integrated application with WhatsApp.✔Published user events (Sign up, Login, Logout etc.) to Mailchimp through Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus Topics.✔Embraced the Agile working environment of daily stand ups, sprints, Atlassian's Jira and Bitbucket.

✔Significantly involved in designing, developing, and testing a solar powered flooded road warning system used by several local Brisbane Councils. Sign and float devices transmitted a large range of data to a cloud based Node.js, MongoDB, Angular 2+ application, as well as, sending alerts via email and/or SMS. The system was developed using a wide range of technologies including Redis (Queuing and Pub Sub), Docker, Auth0, Google Maps API, Chart.js, AgGrid, RxJs, SSE and many others.

✔Operated my own business in my hometown whilst raising my 3 boys after the passing of their mother. My business involved hardware maintenance, software installation and configuration, communication advice, training, network services and custom software development.✔As my sons became independent and started to move on with their own lives, I developed a personal application using C#, ASP.NET 4.x / Core, MVC, SQL Server 2016, Entity Framework 6 / Core, Angular 2, Xamarin Forms, SignalR, ASP.NET Identity and Reactive Extensions in preparation of returning to commercial employment.
