A senior manager with many year’s experience of complex, collaborative development programmes; primarily gained through working in the UK, Europe and the USA and executing leadership and programme management of flight test programmes of major military aircraft projects as well as related ground-based System Integration rigs. Secondary experience in the life cycle and programme management of Training Systems related to airborne platforms has further widened the breadth of this experience. Culminating in a 5-year secondment working with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics on the F-35 programme, holding key roles in both the Training Systems and Flight Test teams based in Fort Worth, Texas until 2012. Then set up PDH Projects Ltd to utilise this breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in management consultancy roles in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA, including Business Aviation IT-based airborne Voice, Internet and Entertainment systems, aircraft System Development and Manufacturing until late 2017.This was followed by working with local businesses to assist them to focus on key performance drivers and business growth opportunities until mid 2020.Now utilising this wealth of knowledge and experience in the management of life's everyday challenges 😊.
