Business Systems Analyst reporting to the IT Programme Manager of the EMEA Systems Analysis Team, Client Technology Services, State Street Global Services.Product owner / analyst within an Agile software development team: responsible for the delivery of system changes to business stakeholders on behalf of State Street's clients; driving internal process change and improvement. Project management: acquiring business sign off of requirements through requirements gathering, facilitating business testing and driving QA test.Liaising with client and internal stakeholders through all stages of the development lifecycle.Representing IT in client take-on projects for new business wins. Client connectivity and testing (administering FTP, sFTP and other secure connection set-ups for clients). External data vendor relationship management.
