• Many years of broad real estate experience (residential, commercial, hotel, logistics, and office properties), especially in real estate financing, in the restructuring of energy projects (photovoltaic and wind parks), in risk and transaction management with profound analysis, structuring, and implementation expertise in Western Europe and the CEE countries• Plausibility check of planning calculations and development of structured financing solutions as a customer advisor in key account management (individual lots up to EUR 50 million) and negotiation leader in the creation of loan agreements (LMA standard) in German and English• Conception and implementation of takeover and restructuring projects (individual lots up to EUR 40 million) in a management position, presentation and justification at the management board and supervisory board level as well as the development of quarterly reporting• Project management for the takeover of real estate objects (retail parks, business parks, etc.) using debt equity swaps in Hungary and Germany and restructuring management for energy projects (photovoltaic and wind energy)• Process development and realization of the sale of credit claims to third-party banks using an auction• Optimization of processes in restructuring management• Team player with a proactive, result-oriented working style and a "thinking out of the box" as well as reliability and true-to-the-word quality• Networker with strong communication skills with active relationship management with customers, employees, and decision-makers as well as a consultant and "sparring partner" for the management board
