Our company also has experience designing passive water treatment technology offering zero energy, low opex alternatives to mechanical treatment. We offer technology for treatment of wastewater, wastewater sludge, potable water sludge, contaminated wastewater (agriculture, landfill leachate) and mining wastewater.

My responsibilities include research into water and wastewater treatment including coagulation, flocculation and flotation processes. It also included development of modified magnetic microparticles for adsorption of heavy metals (including arsenic and selenium) and development of a patented mesoporous iron oxide material for heavy metal remediation. Six years was spent researching the fundamental particle-particle interactions in concentrated suspensions and application to determination of the fundamental properties of potable water sludge and sewage sludge in relation to dewatering operations.
