Pipedrive is on a mission to help small and medium businesses to grow. As Chief Operating Officer I am responsible for all commercial and operational elements of Pipedrive. This includes leading our Marketing and Commercial teams - Sales and Channel Partner, Customer Success and Customer Support. I am also the Exec Sponsor for our AI Taskforce and DEBI Steer Co.I work closely with our Board from Vista Equity Partners and Bessemer Partners. I graduated the Vista Pinnacle program, which is a competitive selection of the top execs from across the Vista portfolio to be trained for CEO. Previously I led Global Business Development and Global Partnership team at Intuit - supporting our customers across the US, UK, Australia, France, Brazil, Mexico and our expansion markets. I also spent 12 years at Deloitte with roles including risk consulting in Financial Services, UK Innovation Lead and UK Ventures Lead. The latter involved managing a £25m fund to invest in external start-ups but also internally in those ideas that might change Deloitte from within.
