CurrentAt the end of 2008 myself and Zinzan Brooke set up Number 8 Group to service the Construction sector where we have established a reputation for doing things differently. The ethical standards we have always applied as well as our focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates has allowed us to expand into new sectors outside our construction base. Number 8 Resourcing Ltd is now active in the supply of competent contractors to a wide range of public and private sector oerganisations.While we now offer a broader range of services, construction will always be at the heart of our operation. Specifically we have extensive experience in supplying trained, competent workers to Demolition and Civils sites. We recognise the importance of industry specific training and as an associate member of the NFDC we are committed to providing competent training to our workers.As well as a strong commitment to providing an ethical service we are committed to providing opportunities to diversify the workforce outside traditional resource pools. We are actively engaged with organisations to bring Women, Service Leavers, Ex Offenders and Disabled workers into our Demolition and Construction roles Number 8 (NZ) Ltd works in conjunction with our UK operation to supply competant Trades people and construction professionals to NZ construction employers. Relocation is a significant step to take and we don't underestimate the challenges involved and provide assistance throughout the whole process..
