▪ Creating and leading a unique team of employees by developing their skills and knowledge and making maximum use of their potential through all available means - hiring, coaching, regular employee meetings, success assessments, incentives, fines▪ Identification and guidance of talents of specific FOH team members and assignment of regular and specific tasks for maximum efficiency of each work shift - control and ordering of goods, inventory, translations and menu printing, etc.▪ Effective planning of work shifts and dividing responsibilities in accordance with the customer traffic curve (prime time, season)▪ Regular analysis and expansion of the product portfolio, pricing, special offers, creation and planning of price offers for catering - breakfast, lunch, dinner and tasting menu served in the form of individual dishes, buffet tables, "flying buffet"▪ Adjustment and control of layout and condition of furniture, decorations and other functional parts in interiors and exteriors as well as fixed seasonal setting of atmosphere and character of the venue, SOP manual, daily/weekly checklist▪ Creating the identity of the restaurant/brand Moree using the social networks Facebook/Instagram, regular photo stories, pictorial, graphic and textual contributions corresponding to the character of the restaurant, as well as the level and nature of the service - creative, unique, individual and family friendly▪ Update of the website, reactions to reviews on Tripadvisor, FCB, INSTAGRAM▪ Keeping and coordinating the administrative function, legislation and documentation, preparing monthly paperwork for payroll, HR▪ Promoting compliance with the principles of occupational health and safety, fire safety, dress code
