CurrentManagement of the implementation of ITIL disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SACM) to client accounts and ensuring that all issues (people, processes, tools) are resolved satisfactorily to meet contractual requirements.Review of as-is mechanisms and design of to-be solutions.I have demonstrated my ability to develop, document and implement ITIL processes as part of EDS/HP/HPE project teams over a period of over 12 years in my current role. I have transitioned private and public sector organisations to their new business structure and deliver the Processes, on, or ahead of, schedule, in a fit state to go on a specific date. I have led the implementation of ITIL Processes into multiple new and existing HPE accounts across a range of major Public Sector organisations such as the Ministry Of Justice and the Ministry Of Defence and a variety of organisations in the private sector. As a requirement of my involvement in UK Public Sector work I have held SC status for over 4 years. In leading these activities it has been part of the role to facilitate and run workshops with all Process stakeholders to describe the standard process, gather unique requirements, and ensure that clear and unequivocal expectations are set for all sides . I have driven the review and approval of all stakeholders, including customers and internal delivery teams, of all documentation to ensure that what is delivered is fit for purpose and, by delivering Process and Tools training where necessary, that is it ready to go on Day One.I have further provided ongoing support and guidance during intensive care periods after go-live to ensure that the Processes continue to be delivered as accurately as possible. I am currently also delivering support on UKPS accounts in some technical areas of CI management.
