• Project manager for one-off projects (medical claims scheme, taxation of allowances) relating to terms and conditions for staff off-shore;• Manage operational budget for division ($500k);• Manage annual off-shore post hardship category review;• Provide general support to off-shore component of division, including backing-up of colleagues during absences;• Coordinate division-wide returns such as responses to official questions from NZ Parliament.

• Administer and manage Asia and Latin America Development Assistance contestable funds ($6 million budget with around 40-45 projects across Asia and Latin America);• Manage EOIs and Proposals for three application rounds per annum;• Monitor and review project progress reports;• Participate in out-reach activities for potential grantees under the funds;• Manage work output of external consultants employed to assist with review of applications.
