Transitioned from the JV Subcontracts Manager position to the Prime Contracts Manager position for the KIPIC Al Zour New Refinery Project, managing a team of 5 prime contracts professionals to ensure contractual compliance and recovery of entitlements under the prime contract with the client. Additionally, engaged on a number of new corporate initiatives aimed at strengthening Fluor overall Supply Chain performance and assigned as a formal mentor for selected supply chain professionals.

Assigned as the Joint Venture Subcontracts Manager on KIPIC's (formerly KNPC) Al Zour Refinery Project, overseeing a team of up to 40 subcontracts managers, administrators and technicians amongst the three joint venture partners consisting of Daewoo Engineering and Construction, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Fluor, across 5 execution centers in the US, Europe, Mid East and Asia. Additionally, engaged on a number of corporate initiatives aimed at strengthening Fluor supply chain performance and facilitated instructor lead courses in contract and claims management.

Assigned as the Contracts Manager on the Sasol LCCP Project, performing the bidding, negotiation, evaluation and award of the Polymers Units (LDPE, LLDPE, EO/EG and ETO/Geurbet), providing post-award support and managing contract administrators engaged in the development and negotiation of Utilities, Offsites and Infrastructure contracts.

Assigned as the Contracts Manager on a competitive FEED for the Mozambique LNG Project, performing the bid, evaluation negotiation and award recommendations for a number of temporary and permanent facilities contracts including the LNG Trains package, supporting contract administrators in the bidding process.

Assigned as the Site Contracts Manager on Mildred Lake Mine Replacement (MLMR), managing the post award administration of major construction contracts with a team of 12 contract administrators and technicians.
