In this role, I was in charge of the administration and programming of the radio station. I interviewed applicants, trained new members, and arranged the year-long schedule for the radio station. I ensured that all shows were up to standards and generated new content year-round for broadcast. In this capacity I also arranged and scheduled recruiting/promotional events where I was responsible for the set-up/strike and management of the day's events.
