Maintained over 50 Linux and Solaris servers in development and production environments, supporting over 10,000 clinical staff, administrators, and patients. Audited over 200 server software licenses and then redesigned various systems to save over $200,000 per year in licensing fees. Architected and deployed critical high-availability cluster for medical records, delivering final product with zero outages or problems thereby creating a robust platform which was not fully functional previously.

Maintained hundreds of Solaris and Linux servers, and single-handedly managed the Unix email infrastructure including spam filtering. Promoted from Infrastructure Engineer to Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Won “Circle of Excellence” award for outstanding job performance.
