Including: object annotation, pixel coordinates(for screening and species identification), code lists, vocabularies and data manipulation with FME and ArcGIS final map products.• Developed the collocated IT infrastructure and AWS cloud infrastructure from inception. • Manage the development of deep learning models to detect birds and marine mammals from high resolution aerial imagery for the purpose of offshore Environmental Impact Surveys for windfarm applications with AWS products.

Key tasks — • Responsible for data management of multibeam, geophysical and ancillary survey data including: data transfer, storage, backup, synchronization, data standardization, online data delivery and metadata. • Update Project enterprise geodatabases, ArcGIS Online data viewers and develop new data products. • Manage raw, processed and final vessel survey data appropriately (17TB per year) ensuring data has followed the correct Quality Control (QC) and required INSPIRE and ISO metadata standards are applied.• Manage 5 storage servers with over 140TB survey data and physical survey master and mirror disks. • Maintain joint project databases and synchronize data with our programme partner, the Marine Institute. • Managed the set up and population of CARIS Bathy DataBASE, a high resolution bathymetry database. Innovation — • Developed a new data driven public facing data download portal using ArcGIS Experience Builder.• Developed a new digital fuel reporting and procurement system for vessel crews using ArcGIS Survey123 and enabled data driven pdf reports to be exported to standardized templates.• Designed new S-EGY sub bottom profiler layer for ArcGIS public download INFOMAR data viewer. Also using FME to automate the polyline generation and naming conventions.

Key tasks — • Manage airborne geophysical data, geochemical field data and analytical lab data.• Produce project GIS products, using ArcMAP. Interact with ArcSDE DB for final data storage. • Model geochemical QC data using R and develop online data delivery of data products and metadata.• Assist in the management of airborne outreach and communications for vulnerable landowners, bloodstock in particular. Assisted designing an outreach application for managing these stakeholders. • Storage, overview of QC, public data delivery of airborne geophysical data. • Maintain and perform QC of geochemical field databases and spatial data.Innovation — • Sole architect and developer of a new ArcGIS Online(AGOL) field digital data capture and sample management solution for the geochemical field teams using ArcGIS survey123, Dashboards TPKs and Workforce. Created management observational progress dashboards as well as field contractor dashboard for applying QC requirements. • Automate QC processes of fieldworker tracking data using ArcGIS model builder.

Organising the field team of 12 on the G-BASE project. Role included planning geochemical sample collection by fieldworkers, quality control and preparation of samples, sample data input and storage.
