Carry out annual estimates on equipment hours and submit changes. Fill in master data load sheets to have task lists, maintenance plans & items and BOMS changed. Run material availability reports.Carry out short term planning (1 to 3 weeks) using BHP Billiton GSAP to align PM and break down work orders with weekly revision shuts ensuring all materials, labour and tooling are available to carry out work orders.Carry out maintenance scheduling including, creating weekly work plans by coordinating all work orders in SAP for revision week and transferring them to a Microsoft Project plan. Printing all work orders and making up work packs. Presenting rough cut and final sign off plans at meetings. Daily recording of equipment hours and putting records into a service tracker. Running daily scheduling meetings with maintenance execution team to keep track of weekly plan.Carry out Safe Work Observations (SAO) and Peer on Peer talks with maintainers.Coaching/supporting other planners in using SAP for maintenance planning.

I remained site based till August 2011 still helping the mobile equipment planners familiarize themselves with the SAP systems. I also set up the master data for new mobile equipment arriving on site.September 2011, I set up a project for the loading of all master data for FMG’s new & existing fleet. The project entailed the master data being setup in SAP LSMW load sheet before being loaded to the SAP test & Training sandpits. After Site signoff the sheets were loaded to SAP production.
