WORK EXPERIENCE HISTORY:Pete has over 35 years of experience at state, national and international senior management level in the logistics industry incorporating the areas of distribution, training, development and OH&S. During his career Pete has worked in several well-known national and international companies including Fosters (formerly Carlton & United Breweries), Edwards 3PL, Goodman Fielder, Dick Smith Electronics and O’Brien Glass Industries. Additionally, Pete was the principal consultant and director of Logistics Concept Services, consulting to a number of various industries including the NSW Government, Mainfreight Owens International and Lion Nathan. Pete has a proven track record in the design, development and implementation in national strategies in distribution logistics, including team training and development, performance management, leadership and team development and project management.Pete’s strengths lie in a strong customer service ethic, ensuring that organisational and behavioural change results in real outcomes which truly benefit organisations, their employees and customers.
