Gas Fields - Southwest Qld

→ Directly reported to the superintendent of plant commissioning and procurement, with a team of approximately 100 staff cataloguing all the incoming spare parts for this major coal seam gas project.→ Managed cataloguing of equipment and equipment spares in line with company’s standards using Oniqua standard dictionary to Manage High Value MRO Spare Parts and Materials→ Liaised with the reliability engineering commissioning team as well as planning team ensuring completion of process as per established standards as well as cataloguing of all materials were accurately managed.→ Collecting relevant information from vendors to support delivery times, pricing and correct information, ensuring that cataloguing was complete and accurate.

Olympic Dam

→ Managed the transfer from GSAP to 1SAP as well as managed expansion of Olympic Dam by creating and updating existing Bill of Materials (BOMs) for the fixed plant and mobile equipment.→ Reported to the planning superintendent of fixed plant and mobile equipment supporting a team of planners and reliability engineers to catalogue all the parts for fixed plant and mobile equipment.→ Updated and created new BOMs for both the underground mobile equipment and fixed plant, ensuring the information and parts list was accurately entered SAP.→ Responsible for material master data work on both mobile and fixed plant equipment at BHP’s Olympic Dam within the GSAP 1SAP team.→ Accountable for cataloguing equipment spares according to the BHP standard using Oniqua standard dictionary and INC codes further utilising global standard load sheets to record material data into BOMs.→ Acted as a relief planner for the planning team while conducting critical risk assessment on parts to determine critical, repairable and consumable lists.
