I hired myself out to Ericsson for consulting services. As an owner of Phind I also had to work with business related tasks to keep my company running.

In the beginning, software development mostly within a maintenance project. But the last two and a half years I became a team leader and got more project related tasks (i.e. I left the coding part of the job).
